The release date for the Call of Duty: WWII War Machine DLC pack on the XBOX One and PC has been announced.

The second DLC pack for the current CoD title is set to release on Thursday, May 10, nearly 30 days after it was released on the Playstation 4.

The War Machine DLC features three brand new Mulitplayer maps, all of which are recreations of famous battle sites from World War II.

  • Dunkirk – Players face off on the sands and beachfront boardwalk of the French sea-side city of Dunkirk.
  • Egypt –  For the first time in Call of Duty: WWII, we’re bringing players to the battlefields of Northern Africa and the Egyptia pyramids.
  • V2 – Welcome to V2 – a rocket development and test site located in rural Germany.

In addition to the three new maps, the DLC also features a brand new War Mode operation called Operation Husky.

Join the Allies in the invasion of Sicily, one of the major blows against the Nazi war machine. Under the cover of darkness, gather and transmit intel on sensitive enemy ports and then take to the skies in a fighter plane to protect bomber squadrons on their way to destroy the targets.

Also, another chapter of the Nazi Zombies has also been added, called ‘The Shadowed Throne.’

The Shadowed Throne brings our heroes into the heart of Nazi Germany to confront a desperate and murderous regime. Berlin is burning, and Doktor Straub’s monstrous army is hellbent on purging his city of the Allied invaders. Join Marie, Drostan, Olivia, and Jefferson on their descent into madness in a city warped with terror, blood, and war, as Nazi Zombies step out from the shadows of history.

The CoD: WWII The War Machine DLC Pack 2 will be available to be purchased separately for $14.99 USD or can be purchased as part of the Season Pass, which gives players access to all four DLC packs for WWII.

Due to publishing company Activision’s deal with Sony, all DLC packs are available on Playstation 30 days earlier than on the XBOX One and PC.
