With 2018 almost in the books, there isn’t much time left to take advantage of Black Ops 4’s Holiday 2XP event for Multiplayer, Blackout, and Zombies.

The promo event will feature three different boosts – Double XP and Double Weapon XP in Multiplayer and Zombies and Double Merits in Blackout.

This promo, done in honor of the holiday season, started on December 28 at 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET and will come to an end at 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET on January 1.

The 2XP and 2X Weapon XP offered players a good opportunity to not only rack up XP points and level up in both Zombies and Multiplayer, but also to level up their weapons faster so to unlock attachments.

As for Blackout, players will earn Merits at double the rate, allowing them to level up their Echelon ranks and unlock rewards faster, such as new playable characters.

In addition to the level boost promos, Treyarch also updated the Zombies in Blackout on December 24 to sport festive holiday hats.

While this holiday addition to Zombies is only temporary, a new permanent Zombie spawn was added to the Farm location on the Blackout map.

Players can have their fair share of fun on the two new maps, Elevation and Madagascar, thanks to a Map Pack Moshpit playlist coming to Multiplayer.

Furthermore, a new Map Pack Moshpit playlist was added to Multiplayer, allowing players to take on Hardpoint, Domination, Kill Confirmed, and Team Deathmatch on the two newest maps Madagascar and Elevation.

Unfortunately, the two maps are still only available to those who have purchased the Black Ops Pass, so this playlist will not be accessible for anyone else.

Those who are looking to purchase the Black Ops Pass can do so online for approximately $50, unlocking access to the two new maps as well as any other exclusive content that Treyarch release throughout the year.
