Popular Apex Legends streamer Brandon ‘aceu’ Winn was left furious after he was instantly eliminated from a match by the infamous door glitch.

As with any battle royale, Apex Legends has its fair share of bugs that can cause a lot of frustration for the community, especially when they affect players at key moments in a match.

Whether it’s getting stuck inside a Crafting Station, accidentally glitching inside terrain, or just falling through the map, these issues do pop up on rare occasions.

Strangely, one of the most unpredictable and frustrating bugs in Apex occurs with the doors scattered around each of the maps, as they’ve garnered a reputation for instantly killing players.

Well, during a recent stream, aceu was instantly one-shot by a door and it’s safe to say wasn’t pleased that he’d been eliminated from the match early.

During his June 7 stream, aceu had just taken down an opposing squad on Storm Point and the Loba he’d eliminated died next to a set of double doors.

While accessing her deathbox, seemingly out of the blue, aceu was hit with the infamous door glitch, immediately eliminating him from the match.

Realizing what just happened, he began to shout out in rage, revealing to his teammates that he’d just been hit with an extremely rare bug.

“Ahhhh! I hate this game bro, everything about this damn game is just made to piss me off bro, I can’t f***ing stand this game.”

While this glitch has been in the game since the release of Apex back in 2019, it’s unlikely Respawn is ever going to prioritize a fix as it’s extremely rare.

So, although you may not have to worry about being one-shot by a Kraber in the late game anymore, a set of doors are more than capable of instantly eliminating you from a match.
