The Philadelphia Sixers purchase of the Team Dignitas esports organisation in 2016 was one of the biggest stories of the year.
The UK based brand and their teams were picked up by the NBA team for a reported $15 million in September 2016, alongside a deal for the Apex spot in the premier division of LoL in North America, the LCS.
It has been revealed by business sports reporter Darren Rovell that the Sixers development team, the Delaware 87ers, will be wearing a jersey with a Team Dignitas logo. The team currently compete in the NBA Development League, previously playing under Utah Flash since 2011.
